All of our data is scrutinised regularly. We use data to identify potential learning and teaching issues and it helps us to improve adapt and develop our practice and provision as well as the support we give to our pupils.
As noted above, our cohorts are small. Therefore, we are aware that this impacts the conclusions that can be drawn from data scrutiny. We do not draw "hard and fast" conclusions from data alone based on small group sizes or over limited periods. Where data appears to indicate an anomaly, concern or inequality, we investigate further, never forgetting our focus on each, individual child. We request that any person reviewing our data would consider the same.
