Sinfonia Viva Orchestra 

We had the privilege of a performance and a workshop from the Sinfonia Viva Orchestra in school.  Sinfonia Viva is an orchestra that listens, responds, and collaborates.  The musicians were amazing and our children really enjoyed having this experience.  They all engaged wholeheartedly and it was wonderful to be able to give the children a first-hand experience of a live orchestra.  After the performance, the children participated in a workshop where they generated lyrics collaboratively which enabled them to write their own songs.  Then, the very talented musicians helped the children put these to music! It was an incredible experience.
