By the end of KS2, pupils should be able to:

Express ideas and insights
Observe and understand varied examples of religion and belief and express insights using reasoned arguments.
Understand the challenges of commitment to a community of faith or belief.
Discuss and apply ideas about moral and ethical questions.
Gain and deploy the skills needed to engage seriously with religions and worldviews
Consider a range of beliefs, symbols and actions.
Understand the impact of beliefs on individuals, communities and societies.
Reflect on and articulate their own beliefs, values and experiences in light of what they learn.
